Q: What Is the Warranty?

A: For eBikes purchased from saibaiketech.com, we offer our customers 12 month-warranty on the motor and battery, 6 month-warranty on any other parts. By any chance of manufacturing defects, please contact us within 14 days since the date you signed for receive. Then you will be processed to our after sales team who may require evidence.
 

Q: How Long Does My Bike Will Arrive to Me?

A: We deliver our electric bikes Worldwide! We use PRIORITY freight companies to ensure your purchases arrive safely and in excellent condition. Shipping times are depended on your destination address. More details please refer to Shipping and Delivery. Once your Ebike has been shipped, you will be sent a tracking number.
 

Q: How Do I Assemble My eBike?

A: Very Simple! As per assemble section of your manual, you must insert the battery into the frame! This should take less than 30 minutes to do... Followed by placing the front wheel on and the handlebars! That easy! If there still problem with assembly, you can go to our Youtube Channel to find the assemble demo video. If you can’t find the model of your bike, contact us, by sending email of whatsApp messages are available.
 

Q: Can eBike Get Wet?

A: Yes! To a certain degree. You can ride your bike through puddles without worry but is not recommended through the rain.
You can wash your E-bike! However, there are some things to keep in mind:  
-Always dry your E-bike completely before storing it!
-When washing your E-bike, do not use a pressure washer!
-Less is more when it comes to water!
-Avoid directing water toward the hub motor or the battery, the display and the electric component compartment!
 

Q: Is There Anything I Need to Know Before Riding?

A: Yes,definitely.
1. Please do not set in high-speed mode for beginners, the elderly and the infirm.
2. It is forbidden to accelerate downhill.
3. Do not touch the motor or brake parts.
4. Check whether the folding position is fixed before riding.
