1. warranty time:24months after you got the products
2. If the battery quality problems,we will replace the battery within three months (Free shipping and replace immediatly. But we need original battery with no demage returned back).
3.For first year,free warranty for repair.
4.For second year,we will charge a certain material fee if want to replace any parts.
After-sales
When your e-bike get into any problem and you need help from our after-sales department, please contact with us via email or phone call. Please don't leave messages on the website only.1. Please kindly include your order number and ebike model details in the email.
2. Please kindly advise the problem clearly with pictures and video, like charger problem or battery problem, so that we can find your the resolution quickly.
3. Please check the battery volt and capacity in first when problems appear.
4. Keep the same boxes and waiting for the solution. We will try our best to solve the problem for you ASAP.
If it was the charger problem, we will send you a new one.if the battery problem we can repair
